Bibble is a new independent arts and culture platform, proudly founded in the Black Country, reporting on the region’s vibrant arts and entertainment world.
Bibble means ‘pebble’ in Black Country dialect – and we are all about making waves.
We’re a home for original storytelling, and creative talent reflecting regional cultural life. Our tone is warm, curious and honest, just like the people from and the places we call home.
We publish high-quality journalism that champions artists, venues, makers, performers and more. We treat local culture with national level quality.
With Black Country creatives and audiences at our heart, we also cover the wider West Midlands, with news, features and reviews from anywhere a Black Country audience is likely to go for a great day or night out – with Birmingham, Shropshire and Stratford all within reach for live performances.
And as eating out is also a big part of a memorable experience, we will also profile and report on exciting new happenings in the pub and restaurant scene, whatever your budget.
Travel pages are included – with news, reviews and advice from our travel expert – with inspiration for everything from a cheap and cheerful day out to an overseas break – so long as the destination is within a short enough journey from the Black Country.
